High-heeled shoes at the hand
Once the press conference in the Red house over, Fanny took off her sexy high-heeled shoes
to be more comfortable after so many hours in the plane
then in the Taiwan Taoyuan Chiang Kai-shek International Airport [ 中正国际机场 ].
The Liberty Times on Feb. 18, 2009
There is something unbelievable in the Fanny's eyes.
With such a royal carriage in the Grande Gallery of the Louvre, in front of John the Baptist,
she could have the name of an empress or a queen in the movie
like Eugénie in the Jean Giraudoux's play Ondine.
As Ondine on stage she walks --without shoes--. Is she the Salomé's mother?
Her interpreter translated in Chinese what she says in French.
Because of the jet lag, it was the night for her in full daylight
reminding of the title of the François Truffaut's movie [Day for Night (La nuit américaine)].
She listens to the Chinese language like if people sing.
She says that she appreciates the charm of Taiwan. |

Is it a candidature as Fanny's interpreter in the Tsai's crew?

One of the Laetitia's first steps on a set of cinema has been a step of dance fantasized by Obelix
in Asterix et Obélix contre César (1999), a film by Claude Zidi.
Noooooooooooo, not the Obelix's head
Laetitia Casta as Falbala and Gérard Depardieu as Obelix by Dominique Issermann, ELLE February 1, 1999. Source: Jarle
It is not directly Salomé who wanted the John the Baptist's head after her sensual dance in front of the King Herod
but her mother Queen Herodias eventually through the Salomé's voice.
The complex ambiguity comes from the fact that King Herod is not the Salomé's father
and, as Obelix and a lot of dudes, could be not insensible to the Salomé's seductive dance.
Between desire and power on the life, love is a temporarily fight against the death.
In Asterix et Obélix, nobody really dies! Even the Romans only receive slaps.
The tragedy in the comedy is that Obelix knows very well that Falbala loves another man.
Falbala would never ask for the Obelix's head, even not the head of his wrestler stuntman.

At the right angle of the tunnel, there is a split personality of Lee Kang-sheng.
He will soon find again Hsiao Kang & his double on the other side of the lens, the film director Tsai Ming-liang himself!
The only question that comes to mind is:

why do you want to dig a tunnel (Taiwan is an island) from the Huashan Culture Park to the Louvre...

The Salomé's dance of the seven veils inflames King Herod with incestuous-like desire

"The [Huashan Culture] park is a great venue for outdoor movie showings, but now very few people visit the park.
Young people love to paint graffiti; they need a space to express themselves.
We are thinking about holding a graffiti competition at the park in the future to create more creative intensity at the area."

Tsai Ming-liang on April 2, 2009 in Paris
With such a smile, Laetitia is really very close to the film director.
Final stage of editing in Paris
On April 2, 2009 she came for the last day of editing in Paris.
She cannot wait to watch the film!
The performances of actors are really impressive for her.
One knows that she dances because of the Salomé's dance of seven veils but also she sings!
A few days before, Henry Loyrett the director of the Louvre attended a screening test,
a first version to mainly check the rhythm of the film. He said "bravo" [well done in French inside the Chinese text].
The next day he sent an email to the production saying that he was very proud to discover the film.
Parts of the post-production are done in different places in Taipei.
Tsai Ming-liang on April 7, 2009
The editing of the first version of the sound has been made in Paris. There are at least three versions.
The mixing is done in Brussels. The team works on two versions.
The film director did not take a final decision.
Each move impacts the rhythm: "this may be the most difficult to cut my film," he wrote.
[About this Chinese to English translation, always refer to the Tsai Ming-liang's original text in Chinese.]

wow
You found me ^^
Director said Laetitia visited him in the couple of days
And " ask" the director to see what the film would made ( after editing ..but not finished yet though)
Which is exactually the same as Fanny did
According to Director
Laetitia never saw her works( films I suppose ) that not finished yet
same as Fanny
But they ask to see Visages
So what does that means?
Well Well the director actually doesn't wanna explore the films coz he tought it's not perfect yet
He made serval version but still in the struggle of choose / final editing somehow
Tsai gave her 2 parts .Laetitia dances parts
He's in Brussels for a small break after the day after day's hard work
And doing a little bit mixing ( sounds )
..............
ME wanna see all version lol
